I want for you a higher life. Words fail even a writer when he tries to describe what that is. I want more for you than I can express. I want you to be all that God created you to be – and therein lies the touchstone of what I do, and why I do it. I don't know what you are for, but I do know who knows. Some may ask how I reconcile this desire with my understanding and unfailing belief in the Sovereignty of God, and his endeavors towards his elect. It is not hard for me to reconcile these two things. God made me to be what I am, and He has given me the desire to exhort the brethren to a higher life. Only He sees in the eternal – yet we have His mind.

I don't have all the answers. I cannot tell you what you are supposed to do or be. But I can relate the biblical vision of the Bride of Christ, and contrast that with the harlotry of the institutions of religion.

Very few people have so exhaustively compared the institutions of church and state as I have. I do this, because I believe that the comparisons are valid, and they are valuable in drawing stark pictures in the mind of those who are able to see.

Some of the aspects of this life may seem to be contradictory.

I call for Revolution – but I know that rising up against the tyrants in our own country and in the worldwide globalist establishment will not accomplish that which we seek. Why? Because, it is evident that we would only be replacing one set of tyrants for another. Saying that often raises the ire of the patriots, but it must be said. I desire good government, not because men are good, but because men are corrupt. I do not appeal to the better angels of our nature precisely because I am intimately aware of the fallen nature of men. The only purpose of government is to punish the evildoer, and to withstand the natural, evil desire of men to kill one another and to break things. There will be only ONE righteous, complete, just and perfect government on this earth – and Christ will be on the throne to rule over it. Yet he has given many of us an intense hatred for the tyranny of our day – how do we reconcile that? It is because He desires for us a higher life. The tanks don't yet roll on many of our streets – it would be far better for us if they did – but the armaments of global tyranny work just as surely and just as fatally throughout the land. Just, honorable, and courageous men would not be ruled by the cowardly, fascist God-haters who rule this world today. Our primary need today is NOT righteous government. It is just, honorable and courageous men that we so desperately need. I pray God that He will give us such men, because I know that revolution would most surely follow. Yet, we are more likely to continue on in reprobation and slavery as a nation until Christ arrives. The higher life is not for the many; it is reserved for the few.

Many seek the higher life from church, not seeing that the fruit of our churches is manipulation and impotency. Can the higher life be found in the institutional church in America?

But what of the "church"? Why must I spend so much time exposing the manipulative church system for what it is?

I do what I do because I know that the bricks-and-mortar institution of "church" today is a soul-killer. It destroys just as surely as the implements of war destroy. Church serves as a proxy for all that the Lord desires for us.

• Church is a proxy for manhood. Church becomes prophet, priest and king to our families – while emasculating men and promoting witchcraft, confusion and disorder.
• Church is a proxy for fellowship. Church gives people the "feeling" that they know and love people, without actually having to get down in the mud and wrestle with reality.
• Church is a proxy for biblical literacy and understanding. The pastor is paid to read the bible for you, and your Sunday School teacher can tell you what the bible MEANS.
• Church is a proxy for relationship. Church allows us to avoid biblical love. There is no need for people to love the brethren, feed the hungry, and bring in those who are cast out – because we can finance all that stuff through "the ministry". You don't have to love your brother - you gave at the church.
• Church is a proxy for justice. You don't have to concern yourself over abortion, euthanasia, persecution, globalism, tyranny, cloning or fetal-tissue research. Have the "church" issue a statement, but make sure it isn't political – you might lose your tax-free status.

Institutional religion allows people to have a form of godliness, but the form is all show. It is a faηade, but it denies the only power that is capable of transforming lives. It produces spiritually tired, confused, and damaged "Christians" who are incapable of being salt and light to a dying world.

There is a rest spoken of in scripture. There is a hand that soothes like cool water. There is a peace that passes all understanding. There is a calm that cannot exist in only three dimensions. There is a river of wisdom that comes from having rested on Jesus Christ for salvation. There is a HIGHER LIFE.

The Higher Life is ALWAYS outside the camp, where we meet our Lord. The Higher Life is knowing this; that He is the author and finisher of our faith, so that we may not be manipulated or coerced, that we need not be enslaved or in bondage, that we need not grumble or complain. Knowing that God Almighty has set our course, and that He alone will see that our journey is completed. There is peace in knowing that the King of the Universe has written down THIS DAY in His book, before time began, that we might shout from the mountaintop, "KNOWN OF GOD, HIS CHILD AM I!"

There is a Higher Life. I desire it for you.

It is a life of freedom and bondage. It is a life of persecution and joy.

Manipulative religion can sell you all sorts of proxies. They can set you on a treadmill or strap you to the plow and convince you that you are serving God. They can sell you an emotional feeling, or a mystical experience. They can sell you spiritual goo, or the keys to some carnal kingdom. They can sell you 7 Steps to Happiness, Personal Prophecies, and Prosperity 101. But you will NEVER buy the Higher Life. It is not for sale.

The Higher Life is the fruit of God being on the Throne. It is the understanding that everything is in His hand. It is the knowledge that flesh and blood shall never inherit the kingdom. It is SPIRITUAL worship, and it is reserved for the few.

God said, "Come out of her!" and some will. But most won't. Church life is too comfortable for the many. Such is the way it has always been. Persecution is minimized and social acceptance is maximized.

The world will only love you INSIDE the camp. Outside the camp, they must hate you. They will have to persecute you, silence you. . . or kill you. And that, too, is part of the Highest Life.

It is the only life worth living.
